| Note | SEVERAL EXTRA UNUSUAL SPINES WOOOW!! Look at this unusual extra spines going from the siphon around every varices ending in the columellar lip near aperture, the set of three spines is always very close together in each row of spines making an unique effect for species. Extraordinary long lip spines with superb thick conditions, elegant spire, apex region, intact long curved siphons and the most thick colossal lip. Really beautiful dominant brown color combined with the longest spines you can get. A few natural absent spines in the ventral side as usual for the species and size, not really harming this beauty. F+++-F++. Most of the open sea specimens are really ugly with several damage, no spines, erosion, absent apex and even spire, scars and simply impossible to clean with thick calcareous attachments. Inside the lagoon of Barra de Navidad there is a population with superb conditions but really hard to find, they camouflage between dense thick mud-algae and most of them are completely buried making almost impossible sometimes to find. Only for professional and advancer divers. Found in muddy bottom attached between stones about 5-7m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. May 2026.
