| Note | A superb large specimen of the rare BANDED COLOUR FORM of this ultra-delicate, cold-water species. Beautiful colour: rich cream ground, with ochre-caramel tinge to early whorls, traversed by a broad, central spiral band of rich chocolate. Always with a degree of varical loss, but exemplary overall quality for this typically very rough species. Data: Posyet Bay, Peter the Great Gulf, Khasansky District, Primorsky Krai, Russian Federation; upon sand/mud/rubble substrate, amongst mussel bed; 12-15 m; dived; 2016. Size: 47.9 mm.
