CALYPTRAEIDAE - Crucibulum scutellatum (Wood, 1828). VERY RARE ORANGE COLOR FORM WITH EXTREMELY GIANT SIZE!! With 76.5mm this is one of the biggest I have ever found combined with very rare deep Orange color form. Virtually almost impossible to get Orange colors with such a giant rare sizes. Really beautiful intact ventral side, huge and wide middle internal plate with excellent conditions. The Orange color going all around the lip side. The dorsal side is not that perfect, is coming natural conditions between erosion and multiple pin holes. Natural dorsum and intact ventral side with unique special Orange color. Found attached under muddy stones about 5m dee. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. May 2026. Value for one of the biggest ever found with unusual Orange ventral color form: 45-55 euros .
