| Note | An EXCEPTIONAL ULTRA-LARGE specimen of the northern Victorian form, of atypically elongate, slender form. Beautiful subtle colour. Supremely well-formed pattern of the highest aesthetic merit. Exemplary quality for the species, habitat, and collection method. Fully mature, thickened apertural lip. Not freshly collected for many years, and now obtainale only from choice old collections, and almost never like this. Data: Bass Strait, off Lakes Tyers, Gippsland, Victoria, Australia; upon sand substrate; 80-120 m; trawled; 2010. Size: c. 210 mm. Grading: Fine+++ (restricted trawl loss to siphonal canal).
