| Note | A large crabbed shell in live condition! Collected by ROV from 85 metres of water off Dirk Hartog Island, Western Australia during June 2026. It has a perfect pointed protoconch, thick gemmy lip and canal. The shell exhibits the classic longitudinal ribbing that typifies daisyae and has a rich dark orange colour highlighting white markings. Graded Fine++ as it has a obvious dorsal growth irregularity. We have only found a handful in the past. Rare Volute !!! |
