ULTRA RARE SPECIES IN MEXICO WOOOOOW!! Do not miss this so hard to find species. First time I have found this species in Cuastecomates and the third specimen ever. Giant ultra rare size for the species with 49.2mm . A few in collections and virtually impossible to get so fresh. Extraordinary very rare Turridae species with Outstanding unique sculpture and undulated rounded whorls combined with elongated body shape. The shell shows a singular density of axial ribs with darker brown color as the background lighter brown color. Extended thick massive and colossal lip with serrated terrific light fingers, original operculum, intact siphon and the most elegant cream yellowish aperture color. Some tiny scar in spire as you can see and tiny chip in apex not really detracting this beauty and ultra rare species. F+++. Found buried between large stones platforms about 5m deep. Isla Toriz, Melaque, Jalisco, Mexico. Juner 2026. Value for this ultra rare species with giant size and amazing fresh colors and sculpture, virtually impossible to get : 100 euro or more.
