| Note | F+++; Pair of specimens in excellent structural condition, featuring a finely sculpted fan shape with well-defined radial ribs. The natural coloration presents an elegant alternation of brown, beige, and cream shades, arranged in highly harmonious concentric and transverse bands and mottling. The scalloped margins and both basal ears (auricles) are completely intact and free of any breaks.On base: Shows the opposite valves of the two specimens, highlighting a clean surface and a very pleasing natural luster. The internal or lower surface coloration presents warmer and more homogeneous tones, ranging from deep brown to light cream, with an intact and well-defined ribbed texture. No cracks, structural defects, or artificial restoration interventions are found. Dredged at 10-15 meters. Collected in 1983. [MAU4652] |
