LOTTIIDAE - Lottia mesoleuca (Menke, 1851). EXCLUSIVE EXTRAORDINARY GREEN COLOR FORM WOOOOOW!! Dense Green colorful dorsal side with a clear brownish ring lip all around. The highest level of preservation you can get for this species, rough habitat living directly in the sun light and at the coastline between waves and strong currents. Stunning green vivid color with glossy bluish-green turquoise ventral side between the yellowish ring inner lip. Apparently feeding on the marine soup that comes and goes with the currents, waves and seaweeds attached to the smooth stones, this species lives where the waves break and in the intertidal zone. Really hard to remove from stones without braking them and most of them are very ugly, erosion, scars and broken, here the best selected conditions from my private collection. Do not miss this unique opportunity, for advancer collectors and lovers of aesthetic shells. Gem-masterpiece. Found attached to the rocks with green and brown algae at extremely low tide.
