| Note | Very rare species recently described in 2024, one of the only intertidal Tudivasum species. Endemic to a small area off the Shoal Cape region in central Queensland, only a handful of specimens have been collected during extreme low tide. Originally treated as a form of the well-known T. armigera, T. annettae differs in having extremely short shoulder spines, pale cream colouration and the presence of only one main row of spines on the anterior canal. Dead representative specimen with chipped lip and some small sponge holes on the columella, unlikely to ever be offered in future. Collected during extreme low tide off Shoal Point, 1998 |
