NoteBeautiful vercoi specimen with an impressive and extraordinary dark fused pattern. The shell features an intense black/brown maculae-based huge blotch covering the entire columellar dorsum with a magnificent bluish/grey dorsal line covered with on geometric series of elongated black spots. The specimen also exhibits a strong crystal nacre gloss accentuated by infused chocolate/black pigmented extremities. The vercoi displays intense compacted macro-spotting on both lateral walls and heavily tuberculated margins. A sight to hold in hand, especially with the multi-brown colored and heavily glazed basically black base framed by spots imbedded in the light tan margins. Super shape/symmetry with notable inflation with significant rostration present on both extremities. Collected by renowned Scuba diver Callum Edinger at 25 meters while sitting on the top of a "bombie" (reef bombora) nested in an orange sponge off Starvation Boat Harbour, Starvation Bay, Hopetoun, Western Australia in 3/2026. Original data slip from Callum included. The shell is flawless. Grade: GEM.
