NoteInflated, hyper-nacred and hyper-calloused member of this outstanding species. Brilliant color and reticulated pattern. Heavy shell, with thick calloused margins and beautiful dark spotting extending over the margins and peripheral base. A solid shell and brilliant specimen with a high weight/size ratio (62.8 grams). The shell has perfect extremities and a thick nacre gloss. Live collected by Scuba diver off Kaena Point, Oahu, Hawaii at 10 meters under a rock ledge in 2018. Grade: GEM minus.
