Hyper-pigmented/draped in black Hawaiian niger humpy with a hyper-glazed nacre and memorable aesthetics. The black pigmentation is concentrated on the mid-dorsum, the labral side and covers the anterior ramp. The classic rich reticulated pattern is buried in the posterior ramp and columellar side. The shell boasts greyish brown lateral wall and marginal pigmentation extending the whole length of the shell on the labral side. Rare collectors shell, heavier than normal with thick rounded margins (113.9 grams). Nabbed at night by Scuba diver at 2-3 meters crawling on a open reef off Oahu, Hawaii in the 80s during a night dive. The unique specimen exhibits mini glazed nacre window on the labral anterior tip and a palpable soft/shallow negligible wobble on the collumellar mid-dorsum. Grade: F+++/GEM minus..
