| Note | A nice and heavy Rochia conus specimen. At 56.90 mm, it is a very large shell for this species, much bigger than the ones usually found. It has a solid shape and clean, classic patterns. A beautiful detail about this shell is its history: inside the aperture, you can see an old handwritten pencil marking "P.I." from the previous collector. This stands for Philippine Islands, which is its original locality. It is a lovely piece for anyone who likes large shells with a bit of history. Please see the photos for details. Grade: F+++/GEM.
