NoteEXTREMELY RARE SPECIES IN MEXICO WITH DARK BROWN SPECIAL COLOR WOOOOOW!! This is the SECOND time I have ever found this ultra rare species. This is absolutely and honestly much much better conditions as the last one offered. I have found in Barra de Navidad at 2m deep a place I dived for years and never saw a single one there, not even dead. I was in shock again when I saw, like a dream, because I was thinking this species are found deeper and more in Ecuador and Panama. I was really lucky and very excited with this find. A real Purpurellus pinniger definitely for the Muricidae specialist, very difficult to obtain species. Wonderful specimen with delicate 3 elongated and intact amazing winged varices, extended wing lip and wing siphon. Spectacular caramel brown pigment gradations of the body whorl flowing on the varices and transitioning to antique white varix edges, the varices are really wide and elongated with the most intact conditions from apex, wing spire varices, varices and siphon. The perfect piece except for light erosion around the spire almost lost with the beauty. Original unique seldom seen operculum. Natural erosion for this rough species otherwise Gem. For aesthetic and advancer collectors, F+++. Do not miss this unique opportunity for this very rare species and unique opportunity. Found attached between large fully muddy stones about 2m deep.
