| Note | Superb quality specimen with rich dark red colours. Very difficult to acquire today, especially of this condition since the ban on bottom trawling. Very fresh dead collected specimen, with very glossy aperture and free from any major growth scars which is very common in this species. Gem anterior canal, a couple of very fine worm etching on the outer lip. This in no way affects the presentation of the shell, and is only noticeable upon closer inspection ~ F+++.
