| Note | This species was discovered and studied by Smith in 1899 who called it Cancellaria cretacea. Until the early 1980s, only two examples were known, one of which was partially broken. I rediscovered it in Somali material that I submitted to Dr. Petit, who identified it. The finding of several specimens in the waters of South India is current history. Fine++ |
