Note | Superior quality specimen of this moderately common elongate/pyriform species. The shell has heavy-duty maculae clustered on the dorsum fused on a grayish white/grey primary coat. Beautiful distribution of lateral wall spots crossing over both extremities. The shell has a high gloss, perfect dorsum, base and extremities. Excellent representative of the species from this secluded area of Mexico. Collected by free-diver at 2-3 meters off San Bruno, Baja California Sur, Mexico under rocks in 1977. Grade: GEM. |
