| Note | F+++/GEM. THE WESTERN SUN ON A HOT SUMMER EVENING IN BELGIUM. A dream Mirificus in bright orange-yellow. The joy in your drawer that changes every time you open it: much more colorful than before. Dimes is one of the most beautiful orange pieces. This shape has only been illustrated three times: in the iconography of Raines & Poppe, 2006 on plate 79, fg. 2. in the Pei-Yo of 2002 there is a specimen in a set shown by Guo. In PMM, vol. 3, plate 996 - not as good as this one. Despite the fact that there are many mirificus in collections - virtually all from the Philippines - it is a shell that is difficult to find in the wild. Very sought after in this color.
