NoteThis specimen was collected from coarse ridgy sand in 95 metres west of North West Cape near Exmouth in Western Australia. It is a crabbed shell and has obviously had a hard life. Hargreavesi were collected by Taiwanese Trawlers in significant numbers during the 1970'ties and 1980'ties but are now rarely collected or offered. Fine.
