Note | An extremely large and impressive specimen of the classic South Australian form of this endemic southern Australian species. Rare quality. Rich colour. Dense and intricate pattern of high aesthetic merit. Hypermature, with pronounced weight and solidity, and greatly thickened, ‘rolled’, and glossed apertural lip. No fresh specimens have been available for around three decades, and collectors are now beginning to appreciate the beauty and desirability of outstanding large examples of this singular species.
