The vast majority of specimens listed across the internet as pericalles are actually the nominate subspecies. Exquisite, balanced proportions. Beautiful, subtle colour. The BEST of the best. Data: Andaman Sea, region between Koh Racha Islands, Thailand, and Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar; upon sand/silt substrate; 80-120; trawled; 1986. Size: 39.2 mm. Grading: Gem. Provenance: JES Collection; London / Melbourne.
