Unique mature specimen with moderately strong lateral wall/dorsal spotting pattern and an exquisite display of four pale and fading transverse dorsal bands. Superbly inflated, excellent nacre gloss and harmonious dark pigmented extremity tips. The perfect extremities are gifted with brown/tan/nude pigmentation.The specimen shows modest rostration and a moderate weight/size ratio (57.7 grams) with an ivory white pristine base. The smaller sized distinctive spotting on the lateral wall and margins are aesthetically admirable that are classic for this subspecies. Nabbed from a sponge by Scuba diver Doug Dixon at 55-65 meters off Termination Island, Esperance, Western Australia in 2/2017. The specimen has a palpable and visible self-repaired fish bite on the anterior columellar ramp. Grade: F+++.
