NoteHyper-gold pigmented and hyper-glossy specimen with a distinctive wide dorsal line. It boasts notable chocolate margins with a rare "golden" color transformation of the lateral walls and dorsum. Glossy and attractive, excellent example of the color variation from the west coast of northern Australian. Dark lateral walls, perfect extremities, with a moderate weight/size ratio and base complement this lovely specimen. Taken by Scuba diver at 15-16 meters off Port Hedland, north Western Australia in 1979. EX: Don Pisor. The specimen has one small freckle inclusion in the aperture teeth on the columellar fossula margin. Grade: F+++/GEM.
