NoteEye pleasing display of china-white overlayed tenting patterns of this moderately sized and rare Southeast Asian cone. Beautiful exquisite pattern overall, with striking color and robust form. The shell has a high weight/size ratio (22.7 grams), perfect natural lip and flawless spire. The shell shows a strong central band composed of irregular tents and blotches. Captured by Scuba diver at 25-30 meters at night on sand/rubble bottom in 1994 off Maiton Island, Phuket, Thailand. The specimen shows a growth fold disruption on the lateral body whorl towards the shoulder seen on the lower right image. Grade: F++/F+++.
