Classic and impressive Zoila with a endearing and well balanced dorsal pattern, high glistening gloss and dark black/dark brown gleaming lateral walls. The thersites displays absolutely impeccable nacre, perfect extremities, moderate to strong rostration and a beautiful buff/camel brown dorsum primary hue. The thick flared margins show modest tuberculation and callousing. A remarkable specimen with a desirable classic form . Taken by Scuba diver at 15 meters while nestled on a sponge off Smokey Bay, Ceduna, South Australian 1986. The shell shows some glazed short and shallow crease on the posterior labral ramp. Grade: GEM minus.
