Huge Eburnea mara form, endemic to New Caledonia. Dive collected at Noumea. A slight gray inclusion is present in the mother-of-pearl, this specimen remains of excellent quality, especially for a record-breaking size where selection is impossible. Also impossible to catch nowadays, this gigantic species lives in Nouville Bay, where bull sharks and tiger sharks have become sedentary, hence the ban on diving because of the risk of shark attack. For American customers, I can send your packages via Australian Post starting May 18, 2026, for a cost of €40. The New Caledonian postal service has temporarily suspended its shipments to the USA.
