GEM- W/O. Mega giant size! This Emerald Green Snail was collected from Okinawa! When animal removed, the shell is translucent white. This specimen is superb giant reaching 17mm. Hyper mature with extended flared mature perfect lip and intact proto. The shell is usually very thin and almost transparent for this species, but this particular specimen is very mature and shell is thicker than usual. Comes with original operculum. Found alive on shrubs of primitive rainforest in karst landscape, 22 Aug 2024. Middle photo shows the Emerald green colour shell created by the live animal. Usual size 13mm ~ 15mm, rare size to reach 17mm!
