F++ This is the rarer color form of Conus carnalis and absent in most of advanced Conidae collections! It has two light scars but general condition is great with a perfect lip and spire! Still very, very interesting specimen in a rare color form of a rare species! Don't miss it! OUT FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION! West Africa cones are usually underrated, in particular Angolan specimens which are usually in bad conditions but for a cone lover this species is a MUST in an advanced cone collection! Personally, as a cone lover with about a quarter century of cone collection, I'm passionate for Western African cones so, for me is one of most desirated because no other cone shows this type of color in all African western coast! If this species were from the Indo-Pacific region, for its rarity, beauty and quality it could surely be worth 3 or 4 hundred euros! So, it is a bargain price for the species! Not collected recently! A great shell for Connoisseurs! Angola. The label with full data (location, habitat, collection technique and date) will be provided to the buyer. CON02809
