MONSTER ULTRA RARE SIZE!!!The biggest I have collected for long time with so globose and fresh brown colors. Extra Giant size with 207mm and super robust. Extreme rare nowadays at this Gigantic size. Specimens at this sizes and top conditions are really hard and ultra rare. The shell displays the highest dorsum ever combined with robust and globose form, impressive thick spiral ribs all around, intact lip, apex and siphon. The Parietal wall, columellar lip and outer lip are really fresh glossy and fresh brown with light cream orange between. Super intact lip, incredible denticles and undulating form—amazing teeth throughout the lip. The most exquisite, unique wide aperture WOOOOW!! Some natural imperfections as usual for this giant sizes not really harming this vera rare giant beauty. F+++. For advancer collectors. The best of the best for the species. One of my favorite big shells in the pacific with so unique form and sculpture compare with all Tonas species and the biggest of the Maleas species. They are most night active , They are rarely hunting during the day. Hard to find in the day because they are most complete buried. Superb piece!!!. Found buried in sand under huge muddy platforms between dead huge corals structures about 6m deep. Cuastecomates, Jalisco, Mexico. May 2026.
