Note
A very stunningly-colored specimen of this now rarely-collected species, with a beautiful pink-purple shade of color. Even though it has a few lip chips, it is still a very pretty shell. This one was live-collected in July of 1989 via snorkeling at 5-10 ft deep, under dead coral rubble, in the Abaco Cays, Bahamas. From my personal collection.
