NoteA charming specimen, distinguished by an elegant and eye-catching pattern of linear ornamentation. The apex is well preserved, an essential quality indicator for collectors who value structural integrity. It shows only minimal wear along the edge of the lip, noted for the sake of accuracy, which does not detract from the shell’s overall aesthetic appeal. The aperture is truly spectacular, displaying a rich violet coloration that contrasts strikingly with the external pattern and gives the specimen exceptional value within a select collection. It was collected in August 2025 among the leaf litter of a humid Andean forest at an altitude of 1,650 metres above sea level by local inhabitants.
