NoteCrabbed shell collected in May 2026 from a sponge garden in 88 metres of water west of Bernier Island off Shark Bay. Dark spotted dorsum and superba basal colour with very little orange pigment. It has intact siphons but has some nacre loss. Nice representative of a rare and expensive ketyana form that is rarely offered.
