Brilliant, large, calloused and heavy size/weight ratio specimen with dense dorsum spotting and thick callus (21.0 grams). Deep thick glossy margins, with ovate form and solid extremities. The shell is exceptional with thick rounded margins, strong nacre gloss and moderate rostration.The shell was taken by free-diver on sand between weeds and rubble at 2-3 meters in 1988 off the Gulf of Oman, Oman. The shell displays glazed nacre windows on the anterior extremity tips and two windows on the dorsum. Grade: F++/F+++.
