NoteIn 2007, I received this C. Tigris from a French collector who had spent 18 years in New Caledonia as a doctor; it came with the note : "that it was a very unusual, spindle-shaped Tigris". At the time, N/R forms were not easily recognized within the collecting community. Now, years later, I can offer this Tigris as a phenomenal example of great rostration; furthermore, it measures over 100 mm, making it a truly unique specimen. F 3.
