LARGE AND UNUSUAL BROWN COLOR FORM IN BARRA DE NAVIDAD!! Conus purpurascens inside the Lagoon are really rare. I was so surprised after I have found this in the middle of nowhere between only mud and buried. Large size and really different shape, colors and pattern as usual for the ones in the open see. Heavy and thick. A few natural imperfections but still really beautiful for this giant and the most elegant is the dark brown dominant spotter color form. This is one of the most Poisons conus in Mexico. Fortunately they are most night active and during the day time they are buried under the rocks, mud or corals.
