NoteRare vercoi specimen with an impressive and four dorsal blue embryonic transverse bands with mixed lateral wall spotting on black lateral walls. The specimen also exhibits a strong nacre gloss accentuated by the chocolate brown/black pigmented extremities. The vercoi displays intense compacted macro-spotting on both lateral walls/margins and a pitch black heavily glazed base. Super shape/symmetry with notable inflation with profound rostration present on both extremities. Collected by premier Scuba diver Callum Edinger at 24-26 meters amongst various sponges on a “bombie” off Starvation Bay, Western Australia in 3/2025. Original data slip from Callum included. The shell exhibits a glazed growth wobble on the posterior ramp. Grade: F+++.
