| Note | Super glossy pyriform specimen, strong rostration, with a marvelous distribution of large and small spots fused and blended into the melanistic dorsum. Perfect anterior and posterior extremities complemented by notable marginal callousing. Additionally, the anterior tips are pointed and extremities produced. The anterior extremity is hyper-calloused and marginated. Taken by Scuba diver at 10 meters off Prony Bay, New Caledonia in 2015. The specimen shows a hard to see miid-dorsal wobble hidden in the dark/melanistic dorsal pattern. Grade: F+++. |
